For pianos we tune and service at least twice a year most minor adjustments are included as part of your regular hour-and-a-half appointment at no additional charge. This extends your piano's optimal performance life and avoids separate, lengthy repair appointments.

Pianos are complex machines with more than 10,000 parts, some with tolerances of 1/1,000th of an inch! Every piano has an optimal level of performance. As a piano ages and is used, we can adjust it to its optimal level. Catching problems early is important to protect the value of the piano and to keep it working and sounding its best.

Pianos do wear out. But their life can be extended by many years with proper and regular tuning and service. Some older pianos can be given new life with a healthy dose of service (usually an all day event).
